Jointly organized by GOGLA and the World Bank’s Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP), the 9th edition of the Global Off-Grid Solar Forum & Expo (GOGSFE) will be held from 27–29 October 2026 in Kigali, Rwanda, convening over 1,200 participants from around the world, including businesses, investors, policymakers, development partners, and sector leaders, to advance progress toward universal energy access and a prosperous, resilient energy future.
