The Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) will be embedded within selected minigrid companies across Sub-Saharan Africa to strengthen financial sustainability, enhance operational efficiency, and improve investment readiness. The role involves providing strategic financial leadership, developing robust financial models and planning frameworks, managing cash flows, strengthening internal controls, and supporting capital structuring and investor engagement. CFOs will also build internal team capacity, support governance structures, and contribute insights that advance AMDA’s broader sector objectives.

The Access to Capital Associate will support the implementation of AMDA’s Access to Capital strategy by helping design and deliver initiatives that strengthen financing opportunities for minigrid developers across Africa. The role involves conducting financial and sector analysis, supporting investor and stakeholder engagement, coordinating projects, developing practical tools and resources, and contributing to initiatives that unlock sustainable capital solutions for the renewable energy sector.
